AGO: THE CULTURE: HIPHOP & CONTEMPORARY ART IN THE 21st CENTURY
(Visual Identity)Hip hop is an art form originated from black community speaking up about different issues such as, racism, gender, sexuality or, police brutality. The exhibition can come off as very chaotic with lots of texture and colour, but despite this somewhat messy appearance the message of the work the message the artist is trying to convey is very clear. Using a collage style and bold imagery we hope to use our typography to clearly state our message with advertising and product design.
